The tasting includes a Catarratto, a Grillo, a Nero d’Avola, and our sparkling white grape blend, paired with simple, traditional local dishes designed to complement each wine.
Among the specialties offered: pane cunzato, fresh local cheeses, canapés with olive pâté, and with olive oil and anchovies, and mini-portions of baked anelletti, a quintessential Sicilian dish.
