The tour unfolds through the vineyards of the Monte Bonifato estate, the production winery department, the Contrada Valso vineyards and the panoramic tasting room, guided directly by the producer and winemaker. He shares the company’s vision, the territory, the anecdotes, the agronomic choices and the work behind each wine, from vineyard to bottle.

The final tasting evolves from the journey itself and does not follow a fixed selection: the wines are chosen on the spot by the experience guide, to offer a different, more intimate, and truer story each time, and to provide an always unique and original experience.

The tour is accompanied by a simple, authentic culinary offering, featuring local specialties such as almonds, cheeses, bread and oil, swordfish caponata, sun-dried tomato, and a mini portion of pasta with sardines, a typical dish of Sicilian tradition.
