Il bouquet fruttato e floreale, con sentori di fiori bianchi, come la zagara, scorza di limone, arancia amara, accenno di frutti tropicali e percettibile la nota erbacea, è completato da un finale speziato e minerale.

In bocca notiamo subito la freschezza del catarratto, media struttura, note sapide e minerali con una chiusura amarognola caratteristica del vitigno principe dell’alcamese.

Un vino da gusta con sarde, gamberi, ragù di polpo, busiate, pesto trapanese, o pesce spada e melanzane con pomodorino di pachino, e anche con pasta al macco di fave, oppure tenerumi e cozze.
